Cohort 2026

Harnessing immune memory for mechanistic biomarkers and companion diagnostics.

Decoding the immune repertoire to redefine heterogeneous diseases by mechanism – powering precision medicine, improving trials, accelerating diagnosis, and enabling effective therapeutics.

What is the problem?

Precision medicine has transformed oncology and genetic disease, but many chronic diseases, such as autoimmunity and neuropsychiatric disorders, remain left behind.

What is their solution?

B- and T-cell receptor sequences represent the next frontier in genomics for chronic disease, extending precision medicine beyond germline and tumor sequencing. Imprint is building ML models to decode immune receptor repertoires at genomics scale, creating a queryable computational representation of immune memory for mechanistic biomarker discovery.
